About Us

The Amoré Group was founded by Caroline Hemmings, a trained designer and life-long knitter and ‘crafty’ person.

Her search for unusual and beautiful materials and embellishments to use in her own projects soon made her realise there wasn’t a company in a creative environment where she could get everything under one roof.  As a result, Amoré was born, and is a haven of beautiful things for creative people.

The Amoré Creative Skills Workshops fulfil Caroline’s passion for helping others to learn and develop their creative skills as she remembers the frustrations of being a beginner and the yearning to become more advanced.

Workshops are held in our own light and airy workroom and are designed to appeal to all age groups, genders and abilities, in an atmosphere of warmth and fun with like-minded, creative people.
