PLACING YOUR ORDER
Every effort has been made to ensure your online shopping experience with THE AMORẺ GROUP is as easy and as user friendly as possible, whilst providing you with high quality images of the products you are viewing. Simply browse the store and add the items you wish to purchase to you shopping basket. When you have completed your purchases, click ‘CHECKOUT,’ you will then be asked a few details so we may complete your order.
We accept payment by most major credit Cards, using our online secure payment facility, or by personal cheque drawn on a UK bank in GBP.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK please make your payment via our secure payment service and your credit card provider will convert the currency on your behalf.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SWITCH, and ELECTRON & DELTA. If you feel safer you may telephone your card details to one of our dedicated staff members, who will be delighted to assist you,
When you receive confirmation of an order from us, it is to indicate we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order via email at which point a contract has been made between you the BUYER and THE AMORE GROUP (THE SELLER). We will then notify you your order has been processed and then dispatched. This term protects us in the event we have made a pricing error, i.e. under PRICING, or that we are no longer able to supply a product for some reason. If there is a change of price we will contact you prior to completing the order, giving you the opportunity of confirming acceptance of the new price. We reserve the right to refuse an order if our secure payment provider advises us that a transaction may be ‘HIGH RISK ‘or possibly ‘FRAUDULANT.’
THE AMORẺ GROUP’S online store makes every effort to ensure the information provided is accurate. However we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. In the unlikely event of a product offered by us not being as described please return the goods unused and in a re-saleable condition.
POSTAGE & PACKING
When you reach the ‘CHECKOUT’ area, please select the country you wish the goods to be shipped to this will enable our system to apply the correct shipping costs. You will find a note of our current shipping prices below.
We do make a small charge to cover the cost of postage and packaging, please see the table below for costs

These charges are for normal postage, any item sent via special delivery or carrier, or where special delivery instructions or additional packaging are required may incur additional charges
DELIVERIES
We aim to process your orders on the day of receipt and despatch within 48 hours of cleared funds.
All items purchased from The Amorẻ Group are made pursuant to the shipment contract. Simply this means that the risk of loss and title of such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or postal service provider.
BACK ORDERS
Sometimes product is out of stock, whilst this is a rare occurrence, we will Back Order for you. For items that are ordered specifically on your behalf the lead time may be in excess of 7-10 working days, and you will be notified accordingly.
VAT
We are currently awaiting VAT registration and will update this area as soon as possible
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
When you place and pay for your order via our website all credit card numbers are encrypted using a minimum of 128 bit encryption, they are processed by PROTX. Your card details are not held in clear text on any website and we hold no record of your credit card details.

PRIVACY
THE AMORẺ GROUP will not disclose buyers’ information to any third parties.
RETURNS
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order with 7 days please contact us and we will issue a ‘RETURNS NUMBER.’ Providing unwanted goods are returned to us in an unused, unopened and re-saleable condition, within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment of the goods. Payment received via a Credit Card or Debit Card will have the amount refunded directly back onto the respective card. Orders placed and paid for by other means will be refunded by company cheque. These refunds will be made within 14 working days of the satisfactory return of the goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. We strongly advise you return goods in well wrapped secure packaging and if using the Royal Mail by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery where both Proof of Receipt and Proof of Postage are available. Proof of Postage will not be accepted as Proof of Delivery. Remember to enclose your NAME, ADDRESS and RETURNS NUMBER, and a copy of the purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods is borne by the BUYER.
